Cancelling a booking

Automatic refunds for payment problems

HEPPEN automatically refunds a payment, without you needing to ask, when:

you were charged twice for the same booking — the extra payment is refunded and only one set of tickets is issued;
a payment completes after your ticket reservation has expired or the booking was cancelled — no tickets are issued and the payment is refunded;
a payment completes after the event has ended or stopped selling tickets.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing time: [To be provided: committed refund processing time].
